Vivian Yeung

M.Ed., BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Sr. Clinical Director

Vivian has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2015 and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2013. She received her Master of Education degree from the University of Washington with an emphasis in ABA, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from California State University, with an emphasis in Child Development.

Vivian has experience working with children with autism and developmental delays in a variety of settings to ensure generalization of skills. She enjoys collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other related disciplines to promote carry over and client-centered care. Vivian believes children are children first, not their diagnosis, and child-directed, data driven, play-based therapy promotes independence and progress in their daily living skills, social skills, and social communication skills. She believes a therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone for behavioral change.

Vivian specializes in Naturalist Environment Teaching (NET), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and utilizes a DIR FloorTime, Play-Based, and Child-Directed approach.
