Emma Hidalgo

MS, OTD, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist

Emma received her doctoral degree in occupational therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and her bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Charlotte. She has experience working with children in school, outpatient, and hospital settings.

Emma is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence needed to play, engage with their peers, and interact more independently with their environments. She values play-based, child-centered care and strives to create a supportive and encouraging space for every child. Her professional interests include feeding therapy and sensory integration.

Originally from St. Simons Island, Georgia, Emma moved to the Bay Area in May. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, drinking coffee on her patio, and exploring local coffee shops. Her current favorite is Saint Frank Coffee in Menlo Park.
