Brianna Bossert

M.S., BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Brianna Bossert has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spring Hill College and her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Throughout her career, Brianna has provided compassionate, evidence-based services in clinic, home, and school settings, partnering with families and interdisciplinary teams to help children reach meaningful developmental goals.

Brianna is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that focus on each child’s strengths while fostering independence, communication, and confidence. She believes therapy should be engaging, collaborative, and family-centered, using positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to help children build skills that enhance their everyday lives. Her goal is to empower both children and their caregivers by creating supportive environments where meaningful progress can flourish.

Originally from Alabama, Brianna enjoys exploring the California coastline, reading, discovering local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband, their three dogs, and their cat.
